What should I clarify when I need a purchase by a particular date?

Check the current status through the existing order instead of submitting a duplicate. Use clear dates and context when communicating the requirement.

What should I check when product images are described as illustrative?

Ask which parts of the image are merely illustrative. Check that selecting another option changes the relevant description too.

What should I check if my checkout session expires?

Ask support about unclear status before attempting another purchase. Keep any reference shown before the session expired.
